Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse any of the sections, where you will see the price without VAT, the specification and also an image of the product. Colour choices are shown next to the product where relevant (click for colour chart). Select the quantity you require then move to our "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be transferred to a SECURE area before entering your card details. Unlike many stores we do not hold any of our customers bank details on our site so as to ensure that your security is maintained.

To keep prices as low as possible our chairs are sent direct to you by parcel carrier.
Your chair will be either partially assembled or assembled so it is quickly available for use
Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you in 1-15 working days, depending on model and quantity ordered. Details of normal despatch times are listed against each model in the shopping section of our store. If you require a chair(s) urgently email us for availability stating model, colour and quantity.
N.B. Working days : excludes Saturday, Sunday and all Statutory and Bank Holidays in the UK.
Back Orders
In the event that your selected order is not available for delivery within our normal schedule (usually no more than 15 working days) we will contact you so that you may decide to continue with the order, choose an alternative or cancel.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure host. All furniture is under manufacturers guarantee which ranges from 5-10 years. See product section for details. All chairs are guarenteed for a five year period or two year for 24 hour use. All fabrics are guaranteed for 2 years.

Within 7 days from receipt of goods - refund or exchange guaranteed within 30 days. (Applies only to a purchase of a single standard product - if you are unsure and wish to order a larger quantity then please order one item first to check it out)
Contact us within 7 days of receipt - All we ask is that the item is returned to us in mint condition and original packaging at your cost.
Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know immediately. A replacement part or chair will be sent right away.
